I live by the motto “Adventure Is Out There!” Some of my favorite travel adventures have been traveling to China twice to adopt my two sons, night snorkeling with giant manta rays and seeing lava flow into the ocean on the Big Island of Hawaii, a surprise appearance of the Pope while in Vatican City, and swimming in the crystal water of the Greek Islands.
