~ I always chuckle to myself when I see people asking if a travel agent is really necessary when going to Disney. I’m screaming at my phone or laptop…YES, a 100 times YES! A Disney vacation is a lot to plan yourself, don’t get me wrong, I love planning vacations! I’m quite anal & controlling about it.
But it was so nice being able to send a quick text to Mackenzie asking if she could get a reservation for such & such because I was having trouble with the app. And it really put my mind at ease sending her my Fast Requests & having her take it from there. Mackenzie was so quick to respond, no matter the time of day! And she had an answer for everything! She was even in the park one day asking a cast member my question…while she was trying to enjoy her family time! Now that’s dedication!!!! Even having our trip cut short by the Disneyland Resort needing to close for the COVID-19 pandemic, Mackenzie was able to give us a “heads up” hours before the resort even notified guests on property which made the difference in getting the very last rental car on property for a safe and socially distant drive back to Northern California. ~ Joe was wonderful with securing our FastPass+ selections and helping us choose a resort that best fit our needs, as well as helping us decide which parks to visit on what day. For example, Joe pointed out that we only had one chance to see Happily Ever After on our trip due to the Christmas party schedule and a private event, so we were able to rearrange our park days before our 60-day Fastpass+ window (and we’re so glad we did, as HEA was a highlight!). He also helped us book our ADRs and secure a Candlelight Processional dining package. He was very quick to answer all of my questions leading up to our departure, and even jumped on the phone with me at the beginning of the planning process so that I could learn more about working with a travel agent. This was only my third visit to WDW, and I enjoyed planning it myself during our last trip in 2015, but I wanted some extra hand-holding this time around due to the holiday crowds and the opening of a new attraction. With Joe’s guidance, we felt prepared and had a wonderful time! ~ Leah

~ Jen was great to work with for our Disney trip! We did a split stay due to my folks joining us for part of the trip. She arranged scooter, stroller, golf cart, resort accommodations at both Port Orleans Riverside and Fort Wilderness campgrounds. She kept trying and found cancellations for us to book the locations we wanted. She was efficient, responsive and very knowledgeable on booking fast passes, meals and our initial schedule for park days and resort hopping. ~ Our vacation would have been a mess without Jen. We had never been to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party or Food & Wine Festival, so I had several questions about these events. Jen always answered quickly and was extremely helpful. We also had a scheduling conflict come up which required that we adjust our travel dates at the last minute. I was freaking out about this, but Jen changed everything for us — including getting us new FastPasses — and she did it with ease. She has been absolutely amazing! | ~I enjoyed how seamless the trip was from day one. From the moment we stepped foot on the resort we were immersed in the magic of Disney. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The resort was beautiful and clean. Day one of the theme parks was stress free, with the help of our amazing travel agent, Jennifer Musolin. She really help our hand when it came to helping us with the genie plus app, rope drop, and giving us thorough explanations of any misunderstandings we were having throughout the trip. It almost felt like she was there with us guiding us along our way, which was extremely helpful. We couldn’t have accomplished as much as she did without her help and we are forever grateful. She really was the cherry on top, making this the most magical experience ever. ~ Mark ~Jennifer was the best planner! She was great to work with, so nice and great at communication. I enjoyed everything about the trip and that was because Jennifer set me up with everything I needed to have and know so it made taking my daughters to Disney for the first time the best trip ever!
